Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoiceCRM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. VoiceCRM is operated by IE Volodymyr Bondarchuk, registered at Nino and Ilia Nakashidze Street N 1, Tbilisi, Georgia 0144.

2. Description of Service

VoiceCRM is an iOS application designed for mental health professionals, providing: • Voice-to-text transcription for session notes • Client management and record-keeping • Payment and financial tracking • Supervision case management • Mood tracking and analytics • Thematic tagging and session organization The App is intended solely for use by licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, and psychology students.

3. Account Registration

To use VoiceCRM, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

VoiceCRM offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period: • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of VoiceCRM, you agree to: • Use the App only for lawful purposes related to your professional practice • Comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations, including patient confidentiality requirements • Not share your account credentials with others • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Not use the App to store or transmit malicious code • Ensure that your use of the App complies with your jurisdiction's data protection laws You are solely responsible for the content you enter into VoiceCRM, including client data, session notes, and any other information.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by IE Volodymyr Bondarchuk. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to: • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App • Distribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties • Use the App's branding or trademarks without written permission

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into VoiceCRM, including client records, session notes, transcriptions, and financial data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the VoiceCRM service. You may export all your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF). Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • VoiceCRM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied • We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim VoiceCRM is a practice management tool and does not provide medical, therapeutic, or legal advice. You are responsible for all clinical decisions and professional judgments.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the VoiceCRM service. However, we may temporarily suspend access for: • Scheduled maintenance (with reasonable advance notice) • Emergency security updates • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion. We may terminate or suspend your access if: • You violate these Terms of Service • You use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes • Your account has been inactive for an extended period • We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice) Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of VoiceCRM after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
